Being body shamed by one of the employees. I would like to express my distaste in the behavior of one of your male employees at your branch in Parow Centre. I enquired about a dress that I had previously seen in your window, to which he rep**** the dress would not have fit me because I am fat. Please note this is very Dissapointing behavior, and your employees should not be speaking this way to a customer. I am highly disgusted by this and I will not ever be returning to any of your branches. I have purchased from your shops before, but now you have lost me as a customer. A very Disappointed customer

I am disappointed on the service of this company! Regardless of me sending emails querying what I can do I have to resend email's to get a response. 1st week in October 2022 I bought me 2 Pairs of sandals as there was an branch opening in Kraaifontein.Currently both pairs are broken and I do not have the original packaging of the 1 sandal as it was in a box also I only have proof of payment on sms and a bank statement yet no help is provide as it's more then 2 months and I'm still sitting with the broken shoes and not sure as to what I need to do as the email is not being responded too.the quality is bad the whole strap on both shoes came off I refuse to glue it I'm really disappointed!

I am disappointed on the service of this company! A few days ago I bought a shoe at Riddz footwear(Golden walk, Germiston) I got home and the shoe was uncomfortable. I went back today, 27th September to get the right shoe size but they were out of stock. I looked for something else to exchange the originally bought shoe for but couldn't. I was advised I couldnt be refunded as it was a sale item, I had already looked around the store and had found nothing I liked so I asked what my options were, the lady who was at the till and assisting me told me I had to wait til they got new stock, I had no problem until I asked her when they'd get new stock, in a very rude way she responded she didnt know and that I had to either take the shoe with me, take something in the store or wait til whenever they'd have stock. We ended up getting into an arguement, shen 2as shouting and just plain rude thn proceeded to tell one of her colleagues to close the doors as she wanted to close up. I was left standing there like a fool but before that she told me I could do whatever I wanted and it wasnt her concern. I'm utterly disappointed at the poor customer service I recieved. I left the shoes there and my money has basically gone down the drain

I have on a full report from a former staff member that the owner of Shado shoe store in saltriver has retreched staff but is refusing to payout some of his staff members monies .Shes a single mom with 5kids to pŕovide for she has not received cent from former employer and is left with no money to support herself during lockdown but Shadly the owner lives comfortably in his big house this is how he treats staff who worked for 3 years for him making him rich

I bought a shoe a month ago at SHADOW FOOTWEAR trade center which I only had on once<br> it broke completely while I was at work , I return the shoe they exchanged the shoe for another pair.<br> <br> I returned the shoe back to them as it is uncomfortable the other side is too tight it feels like its a size 5 even though its a size 6<br> I advise the Fahiema 'she is from head office \ she advise me that I should start shopping at Woolworth's hence their are uncomfortable
