Broken sandals

I am disappointed on the service of this company! Regardless of me sending emails querying what I can do I have to resend email's to get a response.

1st week in October 2022 I bought me 2 Pairs of sandals as there was an branch opening in Kraaifontein.Currently both pairs are broken and I do not have the original packaging of the 1 sandal as it was in a box also I only have proof of payment on sms and a bank statement yet no help is provide as it's more then 2 months and I'm still sitting with the broken shoes and not sure as to what I need to do as the email is not being responded too.the quality is bad the whole strap on both shoes came off I refuse to glue it I'm really disappointed!
