I am disappointed on the service of this company! Regardless of me sending emails querying what I can do I have to resend email's to get a response. 1st week in October 2022 I bought me 2 Pairs of sandals as there was an branch opening in Kraaifontein.Currently both pairs are broken and I do not have the original packaging of the 1 sandal as it was in a box also I only have proof of payment on sms and a bank statement yet no help is provide as it's more then 2 months and I'm still sitting with the broken shoes and not sure as to what I need to do as the email is not being responded too.the quality is bad the whole strap on both shoes came off I refuse to glue it I'm really disappointed!
I purchased a shoe on the 13 Dec 2019 for my fiancé at the Tygervalley branch...as much as I love the shoe his disappointed at the fact that the glue is standing out,I went back to exchange the shoes and even the black pair has the same issue..I told the cashier that his no longer interested in anything in the store as they don’t have much size 8 takkies...I phoned the customer care line and they transferred me to the manager in the store I explained to him the situation and he advised me to go to the canal branch and see if I like something there....for what as I told the manager I do not need anything just my fiancé and as frustrating this has become I do feel by law they have no right to refuse to refund the customer if the customer isn’t happy with the product I mean who will wear a takkie with glue showing...I’m sitting with a takkie and no refund...I’m disappointed as I spent my money in that store and cannot get it back
I’m highly disgusted and disappointed at the service received from Macdonalds’s Brackenfell On the 9th Dec 2019 I placed an order on my uber eat app 21:43 and 5mins later I got a notification to say that my order is ready,I gathered my kids and went to collect our food.i got there and the lady dealing with the uber eat tablet told me that she unfortunately don’t find me on the system I asked her to refresh it as my side show it’s ready to collect but she straight told me there’s nothing she can do the system is closed.separately my fiancé ordered a spicy chicken fold-over that was prepared for him.We sat an whole hour in the parking lot trying to cancel the order and eventually my fiancé went in again ****ed as kids were moaning that they are hungry,he insisted that they refresh the system and finally my details popped up..no apologies what so ever they just prepared the food and we left there after 23:15 bare in mind I was there 21:55 already.The wrap was the worse he had no lettuce or anything besides patties and lots of sauce...if there was a way to add the picture I would have done that This was my last time purchasing from a Macdonalds
My 8month old was admitted at Melomed hospital in the paediatric ward and I just wanna thank the staff for the amazing service especially spencer and Dr Rhode! Thank you for your help We appreciate everything! Not one upset face in that ward and always helping...keep up the amazing work!
