Ana was very professional and polite when taking my call. My car and cellphone is insured with MiWay and I have had no issues thus far. Happy with the service.

I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance - Given Chauke was able to assist me with 2 policy changes this morning over Whatsapp and a phone call. He was very polite and his knowledge of the products are excellent. Thank you for the great service

Trading hours
On Saturday 22 July at the Lansdowne factory shop - at 1:38pm my dad enquired from the security at the door as to what time the stores closes, he was told 2pm. So my dad returns to the car (which is parked just around the corner from the entrance) to tell me the shop is open until 2pm. At 1:45pm I get to the CLOSED door of the store where a very rude man tell me that the shop is closed, they close the doors around 1:40 -1:45pm to give the staff time to cash up and pack up and leave work by 2pm. So - what exactly are your Saturday TRADING HOURS?

Vodacom boasts a \Double Data\" promotion - purchase data bundles on the Vodacom App and you receive double the amount of data purchased. For six days I've trying to take advantage of this offer only to encounter problems when I login, like a) internet connection error message even though I have full 4G signal b)my password is incorrect even though I've typed it correctly 3)When resetting my password I don't receive my OTP timeously or not at all. Vodacom - have you performed all the necessary testing before boasting promotions like this to your customrs?"
