Attorney's with the worst service

Very unprofessional service, they do not adhere to court ordered agreements ( that they suggested). They forgot to finalize an agreement made on 26 July 2022 for changing of ownership of a vehicle for over a year now.

After the agreement was reached in July last year, they gave me no feedback and i had to follow up multiple times until they gave me something in writing to say that the vehicle belongs to me in August. I informed them that ill need the paperwork to finalise the roadworthy of the vehicle and was met with no feedback.

Thereafter, i had to follow up multiple times again to get the agreement settled. But got nothing.

9 Months! After their promises, they still have not adhered to the finalising of the court ordered agreement. I have been phoning them multiple times the last two months and yet, nothing has been finalized. They rarely or dont phone you back after promising to do so.

The lawyer that has dealt with this case is Antoinette Oosthuizen, she clearly does not do her job because its a very simple court order that has not been finalized. I have also dealt with Zane who, stepped in to assist as Antoinette stopped responding to my emails. He has tried to assist but it seems they cannot fulfill the court order due to miss communication in the company and or lack of care and poor professionalism.

I have been promised to be phoned back on so many occasions, but never do. I must phone them and remind them about their agreement.

To date nothing has happened. I wonder how many other court ordered agreements they have not fulfilled...
