Warning to anyone that has ordered or is planning on ordering from Zion's Woodworks DO NOT recommend! Poorest Service EVER. Apparently I must check my tone, but to anyone planning on ordering the items be warned: Tons of excuses, Tons of missed deadlines set by Nikita, Broken business agreement, Poor response time ( if she even responds) Apparently cant refund me back in Full on the original date she said she would refund me ( 29 Dec) said a POP would be sent. Granted refund takes 30 days apparently this is how this "business" operates, but the "bussiness" broke their own agreement and their own due dates...... Only sent a "Paid" watsapp. When I asked for the POP, excuse 100 was that her app is offline 🤣.. apparently for 3 days now already! To date... 3 days laster no % refund yet, apparently balance will be paid by the 15th ( yet to be determined as the 1st amount hasn't been received yet). But as a client, I had to pay full amount. To date: No attempt to send me the POP, No refund has reflected, I don't have the item I ordered, Offered to have the non assembled items delivered with partial refund but she doesn't want to. ( wonder if its even been made?) Paid a deposit about 6 Weeks ago! I paid you in full on 27 November as per her request. She set the dates. Items were supposed to be delivered 19 Dec, only half has been delivered. Yet it was an extremely hard battle to get the items I paid for? Her lack of response and professionalism is to be left desired for. Informed her that if the item is not delivered and assembled by 2 January 2026. Then I want a refund. Nikita said she would rather refund on 29 December. If you purchase something at a shop, you expect your item to be delivered and if its not delivered, you expect a full refund. As a client i have been more than gracious and patient. Based on the above im not sure if my money has been ****** or if this is a ****... i did see a review where people are still waiting for their refund. Please take caution when ordering here. NOT RECOMMENDED. If I have not received my refund by 15 Jan ( again her date) then unfortunately Ill have to go report this to the Police.
Very unprofessional service, they do not adhere to court ordered agreements ( that they suggested). They forgot to finalize an agreement made on 26 July 2022 for changing of ownership of a vehicle for over a year now. After the agreement was reached in July last year, they gave me no feedback and i had to follow up multiple times until they gave me something in writing to say that the vehicle belongs to me in August. I informed them that ill need the paperwork to finalise the roadworthy of the vehicle and was met with no feedback. Thereafter, i had to follow up multiple times again to get the agreement settled. But got nothing. 9 Months! After their promises, they still have not adhered to the finalising of the court ordered agreement. I have been phoning them multiple times the last two months and yet, nothing has been finalized. They rarely or dont phone you back after promising to do so. The lawyer that has dealt with this case is Antoinette Oosthuizen, she clearly does not do her job because its a very simple court order that has not been finalized. I have also dealt with Zane who, stepped in to assist as Antoinette stopped responding to my emails. He has tried to assist but it seems they cannot fulfill the court order due to miss communication in the company and or lack of care and poor professionalism. I have been promised to be phoned back on so many occasions, but never do. I must phone them and remind them about their agreement. To date nothing has happened. I wonder how many other court ordered agreements they have not fulfilled... Maryna O'Connell
So I moved to my new home and asked for my line to be moved. I was advised it will take 2 weeks. Then I was advised it will take 24 -48 hours after the previous owners services where terminated. I advised all this in October already. The old services at the property were terminated on the 22nd of December, I have sent through all the necessary documents requested from me and I was advised again that in 24 - 48 hours it would be active or by the latest the 28th due to the holiday's. Monday has come and gone and today is the 30th December and I am still without internet services. I called yesterday and was advised by the agent I would be called back with feedback at 5pm the same day which also didn't happen. The excuse for the delay was also that Vumatel had their shutdown on the 24th of December, but this should have been sorted the 22nd already or by the latest the 24th. Also I haven't used Mweb's services since end of October yet I have paid for the full months service for November and December. This is another passing of the buck situation. The hardware (modem) and router is already installed, all that needs to happen is the service should be activated and I'm waiting this long. 9 long days.
I bought a Alfawise X3200 smart projector through Gearbest and have owned it for 2 years now. For a couple of months now a dark brown spot has developed on the screen which I want repaired. I would of course pay for the repairs as well. I tried contacting Alfawise via email on two different email addresses but no reply. I have contacted Gearbest now and they are going to try to assist.
So I order from McDonald's on Thursday the 21st through the app. McDonald's N1 makes my food and they drop it at my place. My milkshake is missing. I tell the delivery guy and he says he will be right back with the milkshake. So I go inside and start eating waiting for my shake....that never comes. I find a long hair in my Fries and proceed to through the fries away. So after waiting an hour I call the contact centre and a lady assures me she has sent a request for them to bring me my Shake and a new batch of fries. Its now Saturday morning the 23rd and still nothing. No call from them either which the call centre said they would do. So that's money down the drain.
So I'm expecting a package from the said courier company and I called today on the 9th in the morning as my package should have arrived today. The person on the phone said it will be delivered the afternoon. So I'm posting this at 17:09 after calling at 16:50 where the person on the line gave me the number of the driver. I called knowing his phone would be off but tried anyway. I then called back knowing the courier closes at 17:00. Everytime I called someone would hang up the phone in my ear as its 10 mins to home time and nobody wants to deal with my query. I am highly disappointed in the way I'm being treated as I'm only following up on the delivery of my pacel.
I have recieved 2 sms tonight saying Dstv has debited the same amount twice only to wait 5 minutes later to receive another 2 sms debiting the same amount again twice....nw a total of for times with an amount of R4900. ***!? Like really cmon guys. And then the call centre agents say they cant help coz on their system it shows the one payment only. Who is going to pay my penalties if my other debit orders go off and there are no funds available huh?

<p>Well were do I start. I upgrade a few months ago from a 4mbps line to a 8mbps line and since then it has been problem after problem. Firstly almost hourly my connection would go off and on. Then on the 14th of May my connection went off for the whole week and has come back on, on the 19th. After Mweb and Telkom blaming each other for the problem. Telkoms tech guy came out on the 19th but has not come out, but to my suprise the connection is back on. However it is now slower than half my speed of 8mbps which I asked for. Even after countless speed tests it remains under 3mbps. I have also paid for this service even though I have not been using it due to it being off for the last week. Also paying for 8mbps bt only getting 2mbps without being throttled. I am very dissapointed.</p>
This has been going on forever and now MTN is not even responding anymore. The last email I sent was on the 22nd of January and I still have not gotten a reply till today. This is the worst service in the world. MTN does not care about their customers at all.
