I bought a Groupon voucher for Shalin Health and was looking forward to a relaxing treatment but instead I got the bad treatment! I tried to secure an appointment by sending an email as requested on the voucher. After receiving no response for more than a week I followed up by phoning but the mailbox was full. I then send another email requesting new dates as I already made other appointments after receiving no reply. I then got an email confirming the original dates. I got rather irritated as it became evident that my mails was not being read. I ultimately received a call from the proprietor. Very irritated and obviously trying to shift the blame by implying the problem is that my mails are not going through! When I asked why she did not phone me she said she did but when prompted, admitted that she left no message! When I told her that I will not accept the blame for the lack of service she said that 'i obviously have a problem with the world' and put the phone down in my ear. She then send me an email (almost immediately) suggesting that I cancel my voucher and go elsewhere. Well people, if you are looking for a relaxing treatment best to steer clear of Shalin Health.
