I paid for a 10 session deal and on my 3rd session when I arrived for my appointment I was told Nicky (the owner of Shalin) left early to look at a property that she wants to buy. I phoned her to tell her that this is unacceptable as I left work early to be on time and she told me that she had a crisis with her child and needed to leave early. After I told her that she was lying as her staff told me she went to view a property, she told me to come and fetch my money and put down the phone. When I spoke to her again she told me to come and fetch my refund but when I got there, she point blank refused to give me the refund and told me that she never said that she was going to refund me. I told her that I didn't want to fight as I had just come out of surgery (my appendix burst) and she said oh, so that's the real reason that you want to cancel the appointments. No lady, it's because of your poor service and the fact that you lied straight to my face. She then took my banking details and said she would pay it in over the next 2 days. This was at the end of February and I am still waiting. She does not return any of my calls and does has not bothered to give me a refund or explanation.
