SSDA is claiming that I have an outstanding balance on my MTN account. However, my official MTN statement clearly reflects no outstanding balance. Despite this, my services have been suspended.
I have contacted SSDA multiple times on different platforms requesting: A detailed statement showing the alleged outstanding amount A breakdown of charges An explanation for the discrepancy
Each time I am promised feedback, but nothing is provided. No statement. No clarity. No resolution.
I cannot pay an amount that does not appear on my MTN account and that I have not been given proof of.
I am requesting: A full detailed statement from SSDA Written clarification reconciling the difference Immediate reinstatement of my services
This matter needs urgent attention.
