Honestly there should be a 0 star rating for this business. Who hired Debbie and Tarryn???? And do they care that they are running this business into the pits?
When Debbie called me on Wednesday, she arrogantly told me the parcel only arrived on Friday, and is scheduled for delivery on Thursday and so I said no problem, I will wait for tomorrow. Of course the parcel did not arrive.. Yet today the status say attempted delivery contact customer service. Which customer service when phones are not Answered? I left two voice messages and 3 emails today.
Also, how are you arrogant when you know that you cannot deliver on expectations? Baffles me! I called in advance in order to avoid being a victim of Sharp Logistic's incompetence. Had I sent the same email I sent yesterday to a capable delivery company, they would have followed up and reverted back with speed.
Had I know when I ordered from Aliexpress they would be using Sharp Logistics, I would not have wasted my money.
Stay far away from these guys. They really don't give a rats ass about you.
