Having the worst experience with Bonitas this year. I’m considering changing my medical aid. I hardly use it, yet they deduct every month without complaint. When it’s time to use the services that I’ve been paying for it’s now an issue. I had an emergency last month that required blood tests and now I’m given the runaround by Bonitas. How are emergencies supposed to be treated?
This place is just disgusting. Raiding people even after you tell them that you didn’t apply for a loan. Their agents are rude! Such a disgusting company. Stop raiding us like we owe you money!
The service at Pedros Cresta is absolutely atrocious. I’ve been patient with them 3 times when they have not included one of the legs from my orders. This time around I lost it. I called the store as I requested for my order to be delivered, the store manager had the nerve to ask me as the customer where must she get the leg? This store is disgusting. They undermine people and I will never buy from there again.
What is going on with Aramex???? The standard at Aramex has become so bad. Order an item from Aliexpress that should have been delivered by now. At first, I was told my item was confiscated by customs because the customs fees were not paid. They sent communication to the incorrect email address. Customs fees have been paid and I’m still waiting. Do they even care about customer service? I’m being told I have the option of collecting my parcel myself amongst other stories.
I would give them a 0. My parcel has been rescheduled for delivery twice. When I try reach out by email and WhatsApp to find out what is going on, I receive no response. I’ve called their numbers and both don’t work. This is extremely frustrating. The service is terrible.
This review seeks to help anyone thinking of taking a life cover with Stangen (their underwriters are King Price). Please do not waste your money doing so. Stangen will give you the runaround because they do not want to pay you. My father took a life policy with Stangen with my mother as the beneficiary. He wanted to ensure that if anything happened to him, my mother would be able to take care of herself and the bills. He took this policy in 2019, and has been paying the premiums since. If a debit order did not go through, they would hound my father until he paid. When he took this policy, he was healthy with no medical conditions. Fast forward to 2024, my father passed away on the 1st of October of natural causes. Before my mother submitted a claim, she called Stangen to ask what documents were required. She submitted all that was requested but the 1st red flag was that they gave us an incorrect email address. She found this out when she called them to find out if the documents were received. The 2nd red flag was the fact that they wanted his bank statements from 2015 to 2019, they also wanted his medical records from 2015 to 2019. The North Gauteng High Court only permitted a 1 month bank statement. We started getting the runaround regarding the medical records. After giving them the hospital name, they first told us that they are not allowed to access my father's medical records at that hospital, they then requested that my mother get an affidavit permitting them to access his records and they would send their couriers to retrieve the documents. Again, I believe this was a delaying tactic because they thought she would stall doing so. She sent the affidavit the following day. When my mother called to ask what was happening since they went quiet a week later, they said that the hospital told them that Stangen would need to make a payment before the records are released, so they were currently waiting for an invoice. After receiving the invoice and making the payment, it would take about 3 weeks for them to receive the records. The lady sounded so nervous as though she did not know what to say. What they didn't know was that my mother is in contact with the director of nursing at the hospital, and the procedure they told us about is a lie! The hospital does not require any payment for the records and the records are only released with authorisation from the director of the department not from a random person who could possibly be a clerk named Vusi Mkhwa**** at the hospital. Stangen better be sure to give my mother what is due to her because we will not be letting this go.
I wish I could rate this courier company 0 actually. I'm not one to enjoy leaving bad reviews, but I've really run out of patience with Internet Express. My parcel was supposed to have arrived on Friday, since then the parcel status has been changing from Out for delivery to Excessive rout3 volume. It is unacceptable. I avail myself to collect the parcel when it's out for delivery, only for this dishonest courier service not to pitch. If you can, please don't use their service.
Honestly there should be a 0 star rating for this business. Who hired Debbie and Tarryn???? And do they care that they are running this business into the pits? When Debbie called me on Wednesday, she arrogantly told me the parcel only arrived on Friday, and is scheduled for delivery on Thursday and so I said no problem, I will wait for tomorrow. Of course the parcel did not arrive.. Yet today the status say attempted delivery contact customer service. Which customer service when phones are not Answered? I left two voice messages and 3 emails today. Also, how are you arrogant when you know that you cannot deliver on expectations? Baffles me! I called in advance in order to avoid being a victim of Sharp Logistic's incompetence. Had I sent the same email I sent yesterday to a capable delivery company, they would have followed up and reverted back with speed. Had I know when I ordered from Aliexpress they would be using Sharp Logistics, I would not have wasted my money. Stay far away from these guys. They really don't give a rats ass about you.
Kulula knew all this time that they would be grounding their flights.. Yet they continued to take money from us. Now my flight is not in the cancelation date range which means I cannot get a refund at this particular moment. I'm assuming they will give us credit instead but what happens if Kulula never receives funding? All of this was fraud! I'll never Fly Comair ever!
Last week I purchased a voucher as a gift for my Boyfriend's birthday at Fleur De Lis Spa @ The Royal Hotel. Prior to purchasing this voucher, I browsed the site to see which voucher will be most suitable. This voucher was for a couples pamper package and stipulated that it is valid Monday to Friday. I then added the voucher to the cart with the intention that on payday I will just pay and check out. Once I did that, I noticed that the validity of the voucher had now changed to Monday to Thursday. This wouldn't be an issue if it weren't for the fact that we are only arriving on Thursday evening in Durban and leaving on the Monday. I explained what happened to Moira in Customer support and requested for an exception for Friday as this wasn't an error on our end. Moira got in touch with the Spa and was I not given the run around as if I didn't pay for the voucher? I was told yes they can make an exception and I'd be contacted. When that didn't happen I emailed the voucher with the booking request to Taslene, sent several emails and received no response. I then sent a whatsapp message to make the booking and the lady named Annie was polite at 1st and later ignored me too. I then told her I've canceled and she quickly replied with "No problem". The service at Fleur De Lis is pathetic and I don't believer Hyperli communicates properly with their partners either. Anyway, I requested a refund as per the 7 working day policy because as the days passed I kept this 7 days in mind.. I was instead credited for a purchase of another voucher. I don't want that!! I want a refund, and I will put Hyperli on blast until I receive it. My Boyfriend's birthday is next week and I will not stop until I get my refund so that we can go somewhere where we are appreciated.
