Shayona Lenasia bad experience
My family and I recently visited the Shayona branch in Lenasia, and we ordered our food from a very unfriendly lady. We noticed the chef who looked quite scruffy fresh out of Pakistan greasy and unhygienic, not using gloves handling the food. To top it off a coach roach the size of my thumb scrambled along the service counter. Would not recommend, and will share this information with health and safety officer.

Shayona Lenasia bad experience

I've been a devoted patron of Shayona for years, and I couldn't be happier since they opened a branch in Illovo, which is now conveniently close to my family and me. This establishment has truly become a second home for us. The exceptional service provided by the staff (waiters/waitresses, baristas, pizza chefs, chefs and managers), led by the wonderful managers William and Gerald, is what sets Shayona apart. They go above and beyond to make you feel like family from the moment you step through the door. Their dedication to ensuring an outstanding dining experience is why we keep returning time and time again. They are the heart and soul of Shayona. Beyond the impeccable service, the food at this establishment is a true delight. They offer a diverse vegetarian menu filled with delicious options. Whether you're craving something savory or sweet, they have something to satisfy every palate. They also have a variety of spices and products to buy. What sets this place apart is their unwavering commitment to excellent customer service. The staff genuinely cares about your satisfaction, and it's evident in every aspect of your visit.
