Fungus on my cake!

I recently visited Shazmin's Luxe Patisserie in Sandton and ordered a Red Velvet Cake (Jan 2024). Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. As I began enjoying my cake, I noticed a pecu**** taste, initially attributing it to perhaps an unusual flavor from an edible flower topping. However, the situation took a severe turn for the worse as I reached the middle of my cake slice, discovering green, round molds of fungus. The presence of such contamination not only ruined my meal but also led to me falling ill. This is undeniably unacceptable, and I am deeply frustrated by the lack of hygiene standards in the food served at the restaurant.

No management at the restaurant has gotten back to me about this incident, this matter was just ignoed!
