I have just received a terrible experience with the carrier company that is working for SHEIN (IMILE Deliveries). I expected my order to be delivered for the 23rd of February 2026 but it never arrived days later on the 4th of March 2026. I received a notification saying the package had been successfully delivered, even though I receive it. I've been informing SHEIN about the matter and they are referring me to IMILE Deliveries who is not even answering their phone. They keep on sending the notifications which say the order has been delivered and I have indicated for several times that I did not receive the order. I will never buy from SHEIN again.
