I have just received a terrible experience with the carrier company that is working for SHEIN (IMILE Deliveries). I expected my order to be delivered for the 23rd of February 2026 but it never arrived days later on the 4th of March 2026. I received a notification saying the package had been successfully delivered, even though I receive it. I've been informing SHEIN about the matter and they are referring me to IMILE Deliveries who is not even answering their phone. They keep on sending the notifications which say the order has been delivered and I have indicated for several times that I did not receive the order. I will never buy from SHEIN again.
To those of you who are ordering from SHEIN, please be CAREFUL of IMILE Logistics. They do not deliver on time and when they deliver the send to the wrong address and indicates as if it is successfully delivered. Their work ethic is very poor; they don't even answer their telephone when trying to enquire and SHEIN, on the other hand, keeps referring you to them even though you are not getting any help. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.
Shein must change Imile Delivery company. They don't deliver in time. BUFFALO LOGISTICS was much better. In this current company, u can't even call for enquiries their phones are not answered 🚮
Poor service from Imile Delivery, even when you call their number. They don't answer the phone. I've ordered from Shein and I've been tracking my order this company didn't deliver.
I recently bought a stove from Builders, one of the plates wasn't working so I returned it. However I was told that the exchange or refund will be issued after verification with the supplier which I found inconsiderate. I bought it because I needed it but now I regret buying from them cause if I went to other stores this issue would have been resolved the same day. I've been left without a stove for days and there's no update.
Whoever is responsible for their billing is not okay. My account was suspended because I paid via app instead of a debit order. I wonder why the billing is included in their app if it's not supposed to be used 🤔
I don't like the kind of **** dstv multichoice is doing. They have increased my access fee without informing me and charged me twice. I'm disappointed.
I'm sharing my disappointment with Russell's future Umlazi mega city. I bought a tv stand few days and expected to receive it by Friday. However I was told that I'm going to receive the one that is displayed in store. I accepted that even though I wasn't happy. However the thing that made me more furious when the driver that was sent to deliver the goods didn't have someone to assist him. I ended up lifting it with him and the worst part is that I'm not feeling well and I didn't have a choice.
I am so disappoined with the service from Ackermans Galeria Mall. I came to the shop with my kids to buy Christmas stuff and when we were at the tills the system went offline. We waited the whole day for it to be back and our stuff was kept separately for us to collect with my contact number. However, they didn't bother to call us back and when I came to the shop they told me to choose another stuff not even realizing that the reason why I came with my kids was for them to choose their preferences. Now I'm stuck I don't even know what to do because they were many items.
