Terrible Online Service: SHLC0358722

On the 22nd of December I bought shoes on their online platform. I've called multiple times and was given commitments that my shoes would be received the next day. It has been a week of this now. I'm not sure I will ever receive them but that is the last time I'm buying from them.

Their consultants are very smart because they will not give you any commitment on e-mail instead they have now decided to ignore me. Worst is that they will tell you the physical shops have no relationship with the online platform.

Irritated does not begin to explain how I feel.
