Unresolved product replacement – Sheraton Textiles
I purchased a Sheraton Textiles duvet inner (11 Tog duck feather and down). Since acquiring the product, feathers have continuously come out of the inner. I reported the issue to Sheraton Textiles, and they arranged for the item to be collected three days later, in March 2026, with the assurance that it would be replaced. However, despite repeated follow-ups, the replacement has not been provided. Each time I contact them, I am told the product is “being dispatched,” yet three months have passed and the item remains unreplaced.

Don't Shop Online!
Whilst the quality of their goods may be good, their online shop is sluggish and non-responsive. No notification on status of delivery and after 7 days, 3 emails and a phone call, still no joy! I could have collected as it's just up the road, so no excuse for being in an outlying area. Disappointing. Can't recommend.

Fantastic Service!
I bought bedding from @Home online as I live very far from the closest store. One of the pillow cases came apart at the seam within 3 days. Dealing with @home and solving this was a nightmare. @home passed thison to their Supplier. Once @home handed it over this issue to their supplier Sheraton. I finally got the products returned and exchanged with little to no effort or headache. The Sheraton representative I was dealing with was friendly and followed up and advised on any updates continously until the courier had delivered. Considering that although they are the manufacturer the actual purchase was made through @Home! Sheratons exchange service was 100% in a higher class to @Home. Thank you to Lavelle @Sheraton Textiles.

Bedbug infested product made by Sheraton Textiles
Bought a 'luxury 'duvet inner made by Sheraton Textiles from Takealot.com. Holding the duvet inner up to the light I can see black shell casings in the inner fibre.Was bitten alive by tiny bedbugs when I put this on my clean linen on bed.Had to remove it in the night.This bug infested product has no labels and most likely a Chinese import.Takealot refused to refund or acknowledge there was a problem,so the onus falls on Sheraton Textiles now.I would like the product investigated and refunded asap.
