I am not happy with the service, I paid the deposit for the course and there is no communication from Trifocus Fitness Academy, I still don’t have access. I’ve sent emails and they do not respond.
I am not happy with MTN. I signed up 160GB, this month (June) data was not provisioned on my contract SIM card. When I called I was told that indeed the data was not provisioned and that it will be loaded after 48 hours, after 48 hours data was not loaded and I was told that it was provisioned and it could have been depleted. For me this does not make sense and they are not escalating this matter to someone who can assist.

I had a bad experience with Miway today. I lost an item and submitted a claim online, they did not even call me back. when I finally call them back I was attended to by a very rude agent I think her name is K****TSO OR KHOTHATSO something like that, she interrogated me about the lost item. I felt so confused and frustrated. instead of calming me down, she added. stress and the anxiety.
My experience with Miway was the best. My claims representative Nobantu Mpeta contacted me immediately after lodging a claim. She kept me informed throughout the process until the end. I am happy with how Miway handled my claim. I cannot imagine myself with any other insurance other than Miway.
