Unresolved product replacement – Sheraton Textiles

I purchased a Sheraton Textiles duvet inner (11 Tog duck feather and down). Since acquiring the product, feathers have continuously come out of the inner. I reported the issue to Sheraton Textiles, and they arranged for the item to be collected three days later, in March 2026, with the assurance that it would be replaced. However, despite repeated follow-ups, the replacement has not been provided. Each time I contact them, I am told the product is “being dispatched,” yet three months have passed and the item remains unreplaced.
