Insane Fees and No Communication
DO NOT use them to get a loan. You'll pay more in fees than what the loan is worth. Then when you request a refund, you will get ignored for weeks on end, nobody will communicate with you, none of their phone numbers work and I'm now pretty sure that they just ***** the money and run because you cannot reach them after.

<div>i applied for a loan that requested an upfront payment which i paid and the money would be in my account. After this no communication from them only a email stating to pay another amount to secure the loan,when i tried to inquire about this there was no feedback. I also asked regarding a refund on the money already paid there was still no response from them. I feel they should inform / explain to the clients about their terms and conditions upfront so they can decide if they want the loan or not.Communication is very important</div>

This is the best loan company i have come across. Hassle free application and quick payout. I was depressed and drowning in debt not knowing what to do with my life because of my poor credit not until i came across Shield loans online. I was so skeptical about it,so on this faithful day i app**** online it came out successful even under debt review... Thank you shield.

I was informed to pay an upfront amount of R1500 as a initiation fee and insurance purposes to secure my loan application and after this the amount required will be paid into my account . I then received an email that required an additional R2000 to be paid for the money to be transferd into my account from their advocate. I have made numerous attempts to contact them but no response thus far it seems they also blocked me on their whatsapp number

Big ****. Only one number. The other number shows '*****ulent ' on true caller. You have to keep on paying up front. Letters from lawyers with no practice numbers. They promise in the lawyer letters that upfront payments is refundable. They are not professional on what's up and name calling happens. They do not answer any queries around company details. There complaints section on web section does not work. Be careful of this group.
