The service was excellent. I was assisted with my query in a very timely manner and the quality of the call agents was absolutely superb! 10/10 would recommend!
DO NOT use them to get a loan. You'll pay more in fees than what the loan is worth. Then when you request a refund, you will get ignored for weeks on end, nobody will communicate with you, none of their phone numbers work and I'm now pretty sure that they just ***** the money and run because you cannot reach them after.
Service is always prompt and friendly. And it's always a pleasure communicating with the service consultants.
Absolutely shocking!. I havent had an experience like this with them before. But i asked for my package to be delivered to my office, my workplace and yet somehow they always fail to deliver it during working hours or even during working days. Then there is absolutely ZERO communication from them and I am positive their support email address doesnt work, or is simply flooded with similar emails to mine trying to just get a package delivered to a work address before 5pm on a workday. I've honestly had better communication from the South African Post Office than Buffalo Logisitics.
The service was astoundingly fast and the service consultants are friendly and so easy to work with.
How does one speak to 3 different people in the space of 2 days to correct an incorrect delivery address? All three consultants assure me that the delivery address has been updated. And then I get a phone call from the courier standing in front of THE WRONG address looking for me. Thank goodness he is friendly and corrected the address on his side. At least they sent it out fast... to the wrong place. Credit where credit is due.
I have been struggling with their call center and online department for almost two months now. And when everything finally gets sorted out, they send me a quote with the incorrect address on it, I call in and give them the correct one and they assure me that the delivery will go out to the new address. Lo and behold, they finally ship the parcel and the delivery address is still incorrect. After 2 months and countless phone calls, they can't even update a delivery address. And to add insult to injury I have called them so much that their call center has now blocked my number. So you can bet that this is the last time I will deal with Vodacom on any level for any of their products.
