Incorrect Order Delivered & No Response from ShimmeryGlo

I placed an order with ShimmeryGlo for a Buy One Get 50% Off promotion, which clearly stated that I would receive two brushes. Unfortunately, I only received one brush.

I have attempted multiple times to contact ShimmeryGlo to resolve this issue but have received little to no response. The lack of communication and customer support has been extremely disappointing.

What is particularly frustrating is that Payflex — who are not at fault — have been far more helpful and are actively trying to assist me, while the actual supplier remains unresponsive.

At this point, I am still waiting for either the missing item or a refund. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering from ShimmeryGlo.
