**** service useless website

I tried contacting them with no answer contact number is a cell number which pathetic for a business I paid my order but can't track my order. It says my order does not exist,so they still my money and now I don't know how to reverse or cancel the order . They have a **** website where I can't even seem to get contact they just want you to add an email and ur issue but never call or email back.
