Ridiculous service

ShiptuOnline - Invoice for your Order #ST5874006 I ordered laptop with above order number in Feb up to this day I still haven’t received my order, with no feedback and communication whatsoever, all I’m asking is to get my refund as I had to buy another laptop from other store which took me just 3 days to get my order.
