Stink attitude I went to chicken licken Northriding, the staff there especially Maggie had attitude. I walk into the store collecting my order. I went to side written collect order, the lady left me there without saying a word, on top of that she acted as if she doesn’t see me. I asked the lady by the till to inform her she needs to change her attitude, she still went on discussing me while I was there in front. Mind you I spend R1769,just for one order and get treated like that.
I bought rotating mirror on 15 May, until now I haven’t received it and can’t seem to get hold of anyone. I’ve been sending emails with no luck. I think I’ve been scammed
I’m not receiving any feedback back from this company and can’t even track and trace my order, I think I have been scammed
I placed an online order with them last month, being receiving emails that they are getting my order ready until now, the SLA was 15days and it passed delivery date. I have been sending email for feedback only receiving generated email reply, I think I have been scammed here...
Hi ,I had a bad experience with Cell C, I canceled data contract with them in September due to their bad service and incompetent staff who doesn’t even return clients queries. I laid a complain with them prior cancellation of my contract and no one called me or give feedback whatsoever. I got shocked as I received a call from their debt collection associates, not sure as to why I was handed over to them as I don’t have anymore contacts with them. I really don’t like my name to be tarnished without no reason. I would like Cell C to remove my name there and also explain to me why do they want my money if I don’t have anymore contract with them. Will Cell C ever get my debit order right? I'm sick & tired of calling every month & having to explain same story every time.
I had a terrible experience today at pick n pay, I went there to collect a vivo crockery after last time early Aug being told they were out of stock. When I got there I was send from pillar to post, with staff giving me attitudes by showing no signs of urgency and don't care attitudes.Today I'm told that I was supposed to gave my details to be called since crockery were out of stock but to my suprise I'm hearing about it only today of which it wasn't even part of T& C, I remember last 2 people who assisted after being sent to 5 people who had no idea , Pertunia tried to help but she couldn't and Thulani showed up who they claimed to have information and who showed no interest to what I was saying even lied to say the end date for collection of crockery was the 18thAug of which it was no any where by T& C. all I needed was my vivo crockery, I wasn't asking for it since I did spend money to get those stamps.They were not doing me any favour by going there I required service.
On the 3/06/2019 I was called by one of consultant (Clive) from Cell C, he called to upgrade my contact data to R89. After the upgrade then I realized he added data of 90 mb, 90sms & 90 free minutes.I had 1.7GB remaining and 14.50 airtime left before upgrade.All of a sudden they were all wiped off. I tried to call back on the same number he used to call me 084135 but kept on getting cut offs when they tried to be transferred to him , I called again spoke to Andrew but could not get Clive back as the call kept on disconnecting, Tuesday he called and told me he was aware my Data that was hanging on the system then adviced me to switch off my phone and everything will be sorted afterwards, but nothing updated into my account. He called for something like 3 times asking me to repeat the same exercises but with no results. Wed nothing & I called again with no luck of getting any assistance from them, I even lost count on number of times I had to call back. Friday I called again and this time I was very angry because my phone data stopped working completely after I had to buy airtime of R15 and data of R29 , but data still disconnected. I called Cell C explained to them I unable to use my data bundles as there was no connection of watsup data that I activated with R20 but nothing could work on my phone , my phone was disconnected for the whole entire day I could not connect with anyone. I spoke to Andrew again explaining the same stories. He then transferred to a technician by the name of Thabisa who showed no interest to assist me, she told me it’s my phone settings. I feel if I was never called for upgrade I wouldn’t had went all through this drama, but because of incompetency of staff from Cell C had to me inconvenienced the entire week without using my phone in peace like before. I want all this sorted out by Cell C without me having to call again and send from pillar to post. I want all my money that I had to spend paid back and all my remaining data and airtime loaded back into my account. Last but not list my phone connected back because even now as I’m typing can’t use my phone. What a bad experience I had with Cell C and it’s not the first time.
