This company has terrible customer service and horrible product support. I purchased a brand new Dillon XL 750 from an outlet. Upon opening the box and setting up the powder measure, i noticed the powder measure had an extreme amount of slop in it and was making an abnormal knocking sound. I emailed Shooting Stuff for their professional advice on it to which they could not assist. I then requested a quote from them on the replacement parts I thought I needed for the powder measure. They sent me the quote which I was ok with. I then called them and asked if I could bring in the powder measure for them to look at to be sure that the parts they quoted on were in fact going to work and solve the issues I was having before I purchased them. After all, who wants to spend R1000 on parts they are not sure will work? While on the phone with them they then said that I can bring it in but they are going to charge me R200 Per 15 minutes just to look at the powder measure to cover their time?? plus I would still need to pay for the parts that I needed (which I was fine to do in the first place). I find it a bit ridiculous that a Dillon Dealer wants to charge me excessive amounts just to look at a problem on a part from a high-end brand that I invested a lot of money into and who claims to also have a no BS warranty on their products. I have spent a fair amount of money at Shooting stuff and have tried to be a loyal customer and to support their business when I can but it seems as if they don't need it. I decided to cut my losses and buy a new powder measure from another store and will avoid this company at all costs in the future, besides other stores are substantially cheaper than Shooting Stuff on their Dillon Products.
