No customer service
I believe the people working there are tired and old that's why they are not active... Let alone the young ones are acting as if they are tired too. The cashier does not ask if you want to buy or get a plastic bag, and then after you have to wait for the controller to reverse the item. It takes 10 minutes waiting to be assisted. No customer service

23 Aug 2023, 10:19Hi Lebo. Are you talking about Shoprider or Shoprite? Shoprider sell mobility aids for disabled people and does not supply plastic bags. I think you meant to complain about Shoprite.
