Check Your Goods
Can Shoprite in CityView try to make sure that they check their fruits,Veggies,Bakerry and Butchery often because lots of time you would buy someting there and when you get home it will be off,apples will be rotten,Red Meat with bad smell

Mandeni Mall Shoprite Checkers Aircon
Mandeni mall Shoprite checkers Aircon. I frequent this store almost everyday. The store has not had aircon working for over a year now and every time we ask they reply that they are broken or still awaiting to be serviced till today. Toward the end of last year there a visit from the “BigBoss” and the Aircon were suddenly working but only for that week. Lately we can’t even buy chocolates because they are melted, the cashiers are sweating it’s just undesirable to even enter the store. This is unacceptable at all, food is stored there and with current heat levels it had made it difficult for me to consider buying food there, They’re showing no concern for consumers of these products.

Mandeni mall Shoprite checkers Aircon. I frequent this store almost everyday. The store has not had aircon working for over a year now and every time we ask they reply that they are broken or still awaiting to be serviced till today. Bad customer Service
shoprite Cnr Edwards and Allan Street Westonaria GAU600340C very bad customer service from cashier Nontlantla no customer service ethics demonstrated what so ever Shoprite can find out from the branch manager and I would like feed back from this matter .

No customer service
I believe the people working there are tired and old that's why they are not active... Let alone the young ones are acting as if they are tired too. The cashier does not ask if you want to buy or get a plastic bag, and then after you have to wait for the controller to reverse the item. It takes 10 minutes waiting to be assisted. No customer service

Mense as jy een van die ongelukkige mense is wat van Mediese s******s of rolstoele moet gebruik maak, is daar net een Besigheid en een persoon Daniël wat jy gaan sien in Pretoria, sy diens , kennis en hulp het geen gelyk.

Check your shelves for best before and expiry dates PLEASE
I had very bad diarrhea on Saturday night accompanied by vomiting, it could be anything i ate that day really! But after searching and tracing what i ate for the day i was disappointed to see that i bought fritos that had a BB date of the 22nd on the 23rd and i ate them, it serves me right for not checking, but i will not be trusting your stores anymore, particularly Dyveton store or going back to buy again.

Lousy customer service..at Hlahatsi Shoprite
There's some kind of believe that staff at Hlahatsi Shoprite owns or have shares at the store...and not sure if they know or follow thier own process...a couple of times Wen there requested that they lack fr me and the cashier flatly refused and said she is not obliged as there are ppl who do that...the other one told me it's almost knock off time ..and she is in a hurry....my concern is that they don't wear thier na.e badges properly or even. Greet you...other customers often let it go but complain on the side...but from what I have see. They r taking g advantage of that....they chat to each other as if u not there...but my main concern is customer comes first policy.....pls fix it..or teach them or remind them of their own process...
