Poor customer service ethics
I have noticed that PEP don't care about their customers I say this from experience I raised couple of complains against number of their shops regarding their poor customer service but in vain.

Poor Customer Service
I'm very angry with the poor customer service demonstrated by Bongi the store manager when I was complaining about how long I have been waiting on the que for her to tell me to use other shops because her staff is on lunch. She has no customer service ethics at all and I'm not planning to use this PEP as long as she's still there. Store name PEP HOME RANDFONTEIN 5834
