I believe when one is looking for clients you have to introduce yourself and tell the client what you are selling. But yah some employees have been trained to **** people to move around with MasterCard machines and tell a person that they are helping people with certain types of banks, the head office will call you after 10 days to explain further if you agree or not then take it from there. To our suprise you will only receive an SMS notifying you that R280 has been deducted for legal cover. Huh 😱how so without receiving a call??...when you call their office you are told when you swiped your bank and made a pin, you have authorized and you are not going to be refunded. South Africa.....****s are up and running and it's painful to be ****med by your own people. Please be alert out there. Unfortunately they target older people. And they send out youngsters who tomorrow are going to be bank ******s. Find jobs that will help your community and God will bless you abundantly ❤️ I am so so disappointed ☹️
The guy ( Indian/Pakistan) working at the airtime window has bad attitude, no manners at all, firstly no notice to show us that they don't take SILVER COINS, wow 😧, secondly he talked to me as if I was not buying😖😖😖 there was an off loading delivery truck 🚚 behind me and he was inside those window jailed places of theirs, when talking to me he was mumbling and not facing me, how can one hear when it's noisy. I had to ask him twice to raise his voice and face me so that at least I can read his lips 👄 but jerrrrr he was so rude. We all working or selling to make a living for our families but he was bragging that he was behind there, he does not care, what can I do to him???? ( My feeling). What's going to happen to him if people come having those silver coins the whole day????? Are all going to be chased and not be served???? May be my money was not that valuable because I was not buying much????? Aaaahhhh what an attitude😡
It's all about customer service that I came across on the 11th June at 09:51, slip 6335, till 28, cashier 82, jerrrr what a rude grown woman, I was expecting from young stars I always come across and shame they always treat me well, but jooooo that day was not my day, the woman had a man parker , but the problem was she was busy talking to the guy about home.issues instead of work issues at least while helping me, I greeted, she kept quiet, she asked me if i wanted a plastic i answered no because i had my own bag, then.the parker asked if i wanted a plastic, she told him i did not respond, just because she was busy talking and listening to him how can she hear my response? Okay when I was supposed to pay, I asked how much because I could not see the amount, she just took the money from my hands and gave me the change, I was not expecting such attitude from an elderly. Retrain or retrench. We buying for them to be paid.
It's sad to go to town to buy and you have luggage to put at the parcel counter only to find no one to assist but the counter is open to show its operational, went to security at the door for assistance since one cannot go in the shop with parcel, was given someone to assist, when coming out after groceries, the nightmare continues no one available to take my luggage, went back to security I was referred to customer service desk, it was a joke, no one was available. Stood until I decided to go inside parcel counter and took my things and left. What a day spoiled....
Every person who leaves at home to go to work, has to serve the community but yes, workers at this store go to chit chat and make cashiers make silly mistakes, they will sell you a plastic by force because they don't ask you due to talking to the packer, they do not put items accordingly and when going to pay, you are told you took the wrong bag you have to change and come back, mind you the store will be having long queues and you rushing to serve your own customers too. The idea of selling things less if you pack potatoes for yourselves is good but how will one know which bag is used since you get a white and green bags on top of the products????
I believe the people working there are tired and old that's why they are not active... Let alone the young ones are acting as if they are tired too. The cashier does not ask if you want to buy or get a plastic bag, and then after you have to wait for the controller to reverse the item. It takes 10 minutes waiting to be assisted. No customer service
Workshops should be done maybe once in three months or so for workers to be reminded of customer service. You can wait for 5 to 10 minutes while they are chatting to each other.

There is great improvement these days and I wish it stays as is and let's get more. Few mistakes are taking place but it's normal.... But please check on.... - when a customer is at the cashiers they should be assisted and get done with then they can gossip after amongst themselves - the workers should not be given priority to pay for their food or groceries in front of customers without customer's request. Some will also be in a hurry but they just do without communicating. Suggestion: can workers have their till for such not to inconvenience customers.
I was very hurt with the way Dipuo treated her ***orker in front of customers, she was very rude for nothing because she wanted clarity but hell no it was like she didn't know her work. It was like a personal vendetta. Fortunately the cashier just kept quiet and carried on with her c****s. But it is wrong dispite being a senior one has to respect your junior in front of clients. Dipuo your attitude sucks.....
