Yesterday I bought a Tablet at Ackerman's cell in Chris' Hani,wanted to use for business and educational purposes but unfortunately when I got home I found it to be non responsive when Searching plus it's reaction time was frustrating,so today tried to exchange it for a better one even if it means payinf more but I was told I can't as it was technically okay for them even though they saw it was slow and it's screen response when pressing was not good and I was turned away to my disgustment.
Was at Carnival city ...then. Out of all the outlets I chose Steers food joint ..only to be disappointed by the service .. firstly they gave me a cold order ...I ordered a ribster meal ..but to my surprise the meat was cold,to add insult after questiong them ..they just Put the meal into the Microwave to re-heat it ...was so angry I just walked away
Went to amend a Stop order amount but somehow it seems it was cancelled as it didn't go and now the service provider didn't get their fiunds now we r in a dilemma this happened at ur Newmarket center in Alberton.....
When they want you to play they will make it as a accessable and very convenient app ..but it's frustrating and bad....been waiting for my funds to reflect or waiting for SMS..it's been 4 days now...they must be proactive ....like using different means to play

Staff is always going the extra mile... even in this trying times. They still have that Spirit but have alao kept to the standard.
Service and cleaniness is always there....staff is always will to help
It's with great displeasure I write such ..as it's the second time iam getting such treatment ..I went to a Pep Cell store in Hlahatsi in Katlehong...and what I recieved was below par... the lady was busy chatting with another client while I was waiting to be served,I went there to open a debit card , firstly she gave me an attitude as if she was doing me a favour ..then she just told me she is going to open some points card which I didn't even know I needed to have a debit card she told me it's procedure as they must ... unfortunately I couldn't open as she said I must go to absa to find out whats wrong ..she told me to take the points card even though what I came for I didn't get. ..but what ****ed me was the attitude she had...she didn't even had her name tag on her..but she is a Zulu speaking lady ..slender in built...I hope that's not how she treats other ppl...hope they remind her why they hired her...
There's some kind of believe that staff at Hlahatsi Shoprite owns or have shares at the store...and not sure if they know or follow thier own process...a couple of times Wen there requested that they lack fr me and the cashier flatly refused and said she is not obliged as there are ppl who do that...the other one told me it's almost knock off time ..and she is in a hurry....my concern is that they don't wear thier na.e badges properly or even. Greet you...other customers often let it go but complain on the side...but from what I have see. They r taking g advantage of that....they chat to each other as if u not there...but my main concern is customer comes first policy.....pls fix it..or teach them or remind them of their own process...
It's so sad ..when they call to sell u their products they will hound u ..but when u seek assistance u have to be the one to follow up. ..my account has been in active for a couple of days . trying to use the self service it's no use .I called and was told that they can't find my account ..but they will forward it to IT guys ...but "advised " me to keep on trying to pay just to check if it's fixed as they can't inform me via text or email as they can't do that...but I have to go up and down to try to go pay ..for what is thier shortcoming...but now I can't even use their stupid app......as its also offline .... Thanks for Nothing .....maybe if I was a Premium subscriber it an influential person ..this would have been sorted....
