Bought Alva heater from Alva on the 10/06/2024 and apparently it was supposed to be delivered on the 19/06/2024 - I don’t know it’s taking this long looks like the product will arrive in Summer by the look of things… poor service by their service desk, lady said it’s no longer their problem that the product it’s taking so long to get to me. They sent the item using internet express courier. This is the slowest courier experience I have ever experienced.
Mandeni mall Shoprite checkers Aircon. I frequent this store almost everyday. The store has not had aircon working for over a year now and every time we ask they reply that they are broken or still awaiting to be serviced till today. Toward the end of last year there a visit from the "BigBoss" and the Aircon were suddenly working but only for that week. Lately we can't even buy chocolates because they are melted, the cashiers are sweating it's just undesirable to even enter the store. This is unacceptable at all, food is stored there and with current heat levels it had made it difficult for me to consider buying food there, They're showing no concern for consumers of these products.

Their customer service HisenseSA has been a nightmare for me. I regret buying a product from hisense. The washing machine I bought at Makro after 7 months hardly used it makes alot of noise as the drum bangs on the sides . Hisense technicians say it's normal and I really don't understand how, I would have sent it back 1st day I tested it of it this what it's doing now.
I regret taking a contract phone with Vodacom, last year when I first took the phone 3 days from the day I took the contract I received an sms saying I was in arrears and I had to pay about 440 ASAP to keep my credit record good, I was stressed up because my 1st installment had not even gone off , I called there contact center I was told to pay that and note my instal was going to be 550 a month for 24 months , I paid the 440rands that’s had me in arrears 3days after I’ve taken the contract and that 1st instal was 600 and some change was ****ed as hell as I was never informed about this now this year they’ve increased my installment with me knowing about it , when I again call they “client care center” they tell me Vodacom can change my installment when Vodacom FEELS like changing it, and there’s nothing I can do about that because it in the contract so this actually mean they can keep on increasing my installment when ever they feel like doing so. I WILL NEVER TAKE A CONTRACT WITH THEM EVER EVER EVER AGAIN. Spoke to they team leader on the contact center and the other girl called kaglego something like that they also don’t give out reference numbers for the calls anymore so they say
