This company should be closed totally,they do not value their customers,they do not deliver ontime,their whatsapp is useless,when tracking your order it will be saying out for delivery for days but you never receive your order,when calling them their line is always busy ,they cause their customers lots of stress. they have no clue what customer service is they are the worst ever
I have 3 Cell phone Contracts with Telkom and my agreement with telkom debit date is the 25th of every month but thats not always the case they do their own thing like the end of October 2025 everyone debited me except telkom and when I realised that I was not debited I short paid them with R764.73 because I only had R1000.00 that I can pay. so they blocked my lines till 4th December 2025 even after I paid them the R764.73 that I short paid and R1764.73 I had to call them I think 4 times and everytime I called them I was given different story by their agent and Nudebt even though I am not in errears with telkom I am being harrased by Nudebt saying I am owing Telkom money and If I dont pay my account will be handed over,worse I received an invoice on the 09th December 2025 from Telkom saying Total Due R4,486.11 pay before or by 31st December 2025, I dont know how did we get to that amount so I called their Customer Service and I spoke to Mpho I asked him why am I going to be debited R4,486.11 he said on his side it shows R1764.73 then I asked him if can he email me the updated invoice showing the correct amount that I am also aware of not this rediculous amount, he told their system can only send invoices on the 2nd of each month,what dont understand is I received invoice on the 9th but when Im requesting it it can only be sent on the 2nd What I have been expiriencing the past few weeks with telkom its inhuman and very bad customer service they are a very big company but now they trying to ***** from me and ****ing me terrible customer service
I have been using Lift Airlines for the past 3 years, my daugther travels on her own from the time she was 9, they the best you can trust them with your child safety, their fares as well are very reasonable .
Few weeks back I made a Complaint to Shoprite Facebook page thinking no one will respond ,but to my suprise they contact me and addresses my issue in a very professional way threated me as if im their only customer (Mr Soobramoney) not 100% sure and the Mananger (Vusi) at the meat market Shoprite West Street Durban we owesome. Thank you for caring about what your customers say.
Friday 27th June I took Greyhound Lite 2434 Bus from Durban Station to Pretoria with my 11 year old daughter they froze us the whole night their airconditioner was extremely cold as a results my child got a flue because of that,by the time we got to Bosmans I couldnt even stand my ancles and knees frozen hands couldnt even type on a cell phone because I also booked a ticket from Pretoria to Durban and it was departing at 8:30 am I taught it would be different but hell no we still froze till 13:00 or later now it was City Liner Plus 2404 if im not mistaken. it winter Greyhound should speak to his drivers let them know that the airconditioner should not be that cold because of that they might lose customers and I am one of those
My Late Mother opened an account for my daughter who was born 20/09/2013 so her father will send the money through it, then he lost his job and there was no money being deposited into that account. I went to NEDBANK Branch in Durban Smith Street to report that my Mother has passed away and they asked for her Death Certificate and I took it to them now my biggest issue is that for the last few months I started receiving SMS's demanding payment from my 11 years old daughter and I taught it was a mistake then I started being Harrased by NRB Risk Solutions by calls asking to speak to my daugther saying NEDBANK has handed over her account to them and they are still harrasing me, I went to NEDBANK Branch on Albert Street in Durban to find out what was going on they were lost and confused how was a child's account handed over,then they gave me a number to call 0800 555 111, I called that number they kept tranfering me to different departments I spent an hour 15 minutes on that call but I did not get any joy. the last person I spoke to was Mark who said he will get back to me that was on the 19th June 2025 he hasnt and NRB is still harrasing me how is it possible that a bank can hand over a account of a 11 year old child and say she is owing R462.40 these 2 companies has caused me depression i can no longer sleep and suffering from none stop headaches i am not sure if they are oportunist or ****mers as none of them is giving me clear answers I asked NRB if are they are aware that she is 11 years old

I placed an order and paid for it on the 3rd of January 2024 but till now I havent received it and when telling them to cancel the order they telling me they will be refunding me 20% of what I paid then the next day they sayng 30% I am not even sure if they are really making these stamps or they robbing us our money they said it will take 5 to 20 days to receive it its 27 days now I regret buying from them,R698.99 might be nothing from them but to me its a lot of money and I need it
I had worse experience with @UberEats I ordered a HAPPY MEAL from McDonald's via @UberEats I received an empty bun with one piece of cucumber inside there was no patty and when I reported this to they told me they can not refund me because the things that are supposed to be inside the bun to make it a burger are free and I asked them if the R77 rand I paid was for the empty bun they did not respond
Their consultants are amazing, we call them going through a lot but the time the call ends you will be feeling much better They have so much patience and understanding.
