Useless service from Prasa/ Shosholozameyl

Prasa and it's partners are failing us dismally, no one cares about the customers of this business. Infact they don't give a **** about their own stuff members

1st they know the railway situation with cables being stolen, but they never seem prepared to care for customers they sold tickets to.

2ndly they lie to their manager who's sitting waiting for hrs at Kroonstat saying buses will arrive in 30min...30min = 3hrs to this micky mouse business

3rdly they don't even show remourse about how they treat us, not even a word or way to compensate people who are exhausted, hungry,penniless the slightest token of appreciation for supporting their business

All I can say is we sick and tired of this service and will never use them ever again. Me and the rest of my family and friends
