I have a funeral cover with Salam who are still haven't pay my claim since last Friday and I need to prepare for my mother's funeral can someone please help me with the claim and expose this cover...
I am still waiting for a refund from takealot after not receiving my complete order... 117419061 is the order my wife and I placed... We received 1 incorrect item and 1 correct item... 13still due and we are being sent from pillar to post for our refund. Why must we suffer for the mess that the warehouse did and the agents who are not listening to clients and laughing when they hear clients frustration. Someone needs to be accountable for their actions and we just want what is due to us.
Multichoice called me for upgrading my decoder 2moths back, the next thing I know I have another debit order for Onair on my account. This was not an agreement and I have tried to query through dstv outlets, but all contacts given are not available and mailbox is full on both WhatsApp and email. "I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS BECAUSE IT'S NOW AFFECTING MY CREDIT PROFILE SINCE I REVERSED 2DEBITS. I WANT THEM TO REMOVE ME FROM THEIR SYSTEM BECAUSE I DON'T EVEN WHAT SERVICE THEY ARE PROVIDING. DSTV AND MULTICHOICE SHOULD NOT BE PARTNERS WITH SUCH SCAMMERS. Prasa and it's partners are failing us dismally, no one cares about the customers of this business. Infact they don't give a **** about their own stuff members 1st they know the railway situation with cables being stolen, but they never seem prepared to care for customers they sold tickets to. 2ndly they lie to their manager who's sitting waiting for hrs at Kroonstat saying buses will arrive in 30min...30min = 3hrs to this micky mouse business 3rdly they don't even show remourse about how they treat us, not even a word or way to compensate people who are exhausted, hungry,penniless the slightest token of appreciation for supporting their business All I can say is we sick and tired of this service and will never use them ever again. Me and the rest of my family and friends
My sister has had very bad service which is fraud related and lost R3000 on her bank account last month due some sim card encounter issue... her money in was transferred to another capitec account without her consent and till today the matter is awaiting some big short somewhere to open that case and make a decision if her family will eat tonight or not :-( this is highly unacceptable and someone needs to do something with this urgently Mrs Claudia Bulu is a retail employee and now her kids are suffering because of this money lost. Its completely unfair she has to suffer while trusting the bank to safe keep her funds but still had to loose them like this. her number was frauded shes using 0647981526 and 0735217381 Fraud case Ref/branch:0860102043/ 88017072 must she suffer like this...i just had to do this for her because she cant do it for herself
I am very disappointed in the service, I travelled to the The Glen Mall last week Wednesday to find some items that I desperately needed. There were size 10shoes that met my needs and thereafter was referred to Maponya to find the shoes, luckily I found the last size 10 Puma sneakers and some DH pants. I wore the shoe and pants on Saturday to my surprise its starting to tear :-( I really dont understand what i'm seeing have pictures and not sure where to share them...
