Showday Properties

I was trying to make an enquiry regarding a townhouse for rent in the Sunninghill area. The agent with whom I spoke, refused to give me any answers, nor his name, until I had provided my ID number. In this day and age of identity theft, one doesn't hand out one's ID to all and sundry. Told me it was the law for FICA. I am not sure this is the case. This is all before I had even viewed a property, let alone made an application. For sure, if this is the way this agent treats potential clients, he can't be doing very well Shocking experience with Showday Properties!!!
