Opportunity to redeem themselves

Shower Haus did install a shower door. Our second choice being a fixed panel and one slider. Finishes in chrome. I am pleased with the installation.

In so far as dishonesty is concerned, I still stand by my earlier review that no one follows through. One has to chase the Company.

Yes they could not deliver on what was originally agreed upon. And they did not keep to their word about installation dates having previously given an installation date a week earlier and then cancelled an hour before installation. Reason - kit not received. But a week earlier they were ready to install. This to me is dishonest.

I would advise that one reduce all agreements and changes to writing when dealing with them . On the occasions that the salesman was asked to confirm changes in writing..this never materialised.

All in all I am still pleased with the door.
