We used to subscribe to Showmax until they changed their app and it no longer worked on our smart TV. So, we cancelled the subscription. I thought I would try again after more than a year and see if the app had been improved. Immediately, before I could even test whether it works, the subscription fee was deducted from my bank account. Sadly, the app still does not work on my TV and I can't even cast using the casting function of the TV. It just says: Showmax will not allow it. Now, they refuse to refund me, saying that I already streamed a movie (7 minutes in total while trying to cast it to my TV). Showmax sucks! They won't be seeing me again!
