This company that does all debt collections for Blue Label Connect.

i have a terrible experience, as i have been waiting from 7th June 2024, after settling the account for a paid up letter, the company has told me to wait 3 months, now they have me runnning on a wild goose chase to get a paid up letter. they have then said that blue label connect has withdrew my file from them, and when i called in to blue label connect i have not received feedback, this is dating from JULY 2024. this has an impact on my credit score after settling the account, by law im supposed to have already received a paid up letter, after immediate settlement of my bill.
