I am so irritated They keep on hanging up on me because I have paid the account up to date.
The call center consultant ZIVAI hangs up the call in my ear and the supervisor Blessing can't help me with anything.
They asked me the previous week to call them on the day to get my statements and said the paid-up letter is 90 days which I understand. They don't update the Experian that I am on 0 balance, and still show a big amount.
This people are a **** If I can give advice run.
SZIVAI the call center guy has the nerve to tell me I took so long to pay down the account. They debit order the went off every month.
