SA Vehicle Maintenance (SAVM)- DONT JOIN THEM
This is the 5 times I make a complaint about this company. They call you just not to help. This was done last year. Tshillo( the manager) , was apparently going to call me back. That never happened, If the managers can complete complaints. This is the worse company to join.

Tshilo Rantai should be given a award for over and above - After struggling with rude and un helpful employees - Nicole Moonsamy and Faranaaz Mike - Tshilo came and sorted out everything for me He is an example of what we call good employee and customer service.

SAVM was paid and they don't let you claim
Some call me back 7 days ago saying she will be in contact with me - Again emails was send to Nicole Moonsamy No response The policy was paid for but they can not deliver

Worse company for maintenance
This company delay everything, they drop calls when I call - receptionist is very rude - receptionist manager don't do anything about it - the claim assessor gave me companies to do my car and they don't pay it I wish to cancel this - I would not recommend this company to anyone

Legalwise can debit order well but cant assist
Legal wise has been sitting with my case fr over 3 months for something that was supposed to be handled in 21 days. If I can advise don't use Legalwise

Service is terrible - Claims department
The Claims department is the worse, the manager can't even speak to me because she needs a warning. I have asked for a case to be opened on the 12th, and I escalated because no one gets back to me. Just for them to call me today stating it was suspended. They now going to ask if they can assign someone. While I pay my monthly fees on time.

Terrible service will ruin your credit score. Done use it!! get another company
I wrote a message on here last week about how FinChoice is trying to rob one. A lady phoned me, trying to resolve the query. She was going to send me a statement didn't receive it yet. I checked my credit profile now and to my surprise it shows my account is in arrears with one month. This is so disappointing, and I'll never recommend anyone to go to this company. Now my credit score is also being messes with. They have also blocked me from responding to my previous review
