Apparently you have to double check your invoice yourself, as their admin department can’t do this, and will try charge you 6 months later for their mistake .

I spent R41 000 on security gates with Shutterway. Now 6 months later, I recommended to my Mom that she ask them for a quote, to compare them to other security companies. She then asked them how much additional cost would a lockable doggie door cost, as I have one in my passage. Upon looking up the cost on my profile with Shutterway they SUDDENLY realized 6 MONTHS LATER that they had not added this cost to the invoice, which I had paid the day I received it. Now 6 MONTHS LATER I have received an invoice asking for payment, after them admitting that THEIR admin department was in the wrong and “forgot” to add the cost. And also a snotty remark in the email received from André Holland stating that ..quote “ YOU CAN THANK YOUR MOM’ !! So they are admitting that the only reason they suddenly noticed the mistake made by them was because of my recommendation to my mother, and now they expect payment for their mistake made 6 months ago.
