Bad service
Your lady ringing up the sales doesn't know what she is doing. Charges for old sales which were payed in November already. Then wouldn't return the funds as didn't know how to do it and would speak to credit department the next day she says. And couldn't find the prices of cat food today took ages, and as I've said, she doesn't know what the heck she is doing on that computer while trying to ring up sales.

Apparently you have to double check your invoice yourself, as their admin department can’t do this, and will try charge you 6 months later for their mistake .
I spent R41 000 on security gates with Shutterway. Now 6 months later, I recommended to my Mom that she ask them for a quote, to compare them to other security companies. She then asked them how much additional cost would a lockable doggie door cost, as I have one in my passage. Upon looking up the cost on my profile with Shutterway they SUDDENLY realized 6 MONTHS LATER that they had not added this cost to the invoice, which I had paid the day I received it. Now 6 MONTHS LATER I have received an invoice asking for payment, after them admitting that THEIR admin department was in the wrong and “forgot” to add the cost. And also a snotty remark in the email received from André Holland stating that ..quote “ YOU CAN THANK YOUR MOM’ !! So they are admitting that the only reason they suddenly noticed the mistake made by them was because of my recommendation to my mother, and now they expect payment for their mistake made 6 months ago.

Their COC certificate isn’t worth the paper it is written on. Been living in a house I bought 2 weeks ago. Techno cafe out after I complained that the water is leaking outside and that a new t and p valve is obviously needed. Guy came out And said it’s normal to leak like that but he’ll clean it quickly and then give me a QUOTE to replace it! What the hell! It’s still leaking and I got another plumber to come look at it and he says it definitely needs replacing and that techno saying it can leak up to 5 liters a day normally is absolute nonsense!
