Firstly, food was great and had a good atmosphere, but this is a bad and good review in one. I was so shocked about one of, which I assume is a manager, his attitude and how he thinks the world evolves around him. I think his name was Charles, watching not only his attitude but how he treats his staff is disgusting and it looked like they were beneath him, made my wife and I, lose our appetite completely that we didn't even want to eat. Nevertheless, at least the other manager, Steve, was very welcoming and was very attentive to customers. Good to see that at least one of the managers has good leadership and teamwork ethics

This is the worst bossa ive been to there are no customer skills amoungst the foreigner waiters Gamu made us wait 2hrs for food and drinks and never once told us about a waiting time believe me i was in the mood to drink but the service is **** staff is **** and food is worse i will never set foot there again flies everywhere in the restuarant i literally had to tell staff flies is sitting on people food. COMON Really now

The best place where family and friends meet, great experience and environment safe for kids to play in their play area, swimming pool with professional lifeguards, and their burger is the best burger in town go on Monday for best price at 75rand and the pizza specials on Sunday at 80 rand

On the evening of 27 Feb we had a booking for 17:00. When they arrived (with my son for his birthday) the waitress, Marilyn, immediated told my wife they need to vacate the table by 18:30 because she has another booking. This made my family very uncomfortable and unwelcome being told this without the waitress even introducing herself. a bottle of wine was ordered, she plonked the wine on the table and walked away. The kids ordered drinks and pizza. She did not attend to the table ONCE to ask if the food is ok or if we needed anything else. At the end of the evening she took the kids glasses while there was still cooldrink in them. Then, when she brought the bill, she started putting net cutlery on the table while my family were still sitting. This was just after 18:00. Her attitide, rudeness, bluntness and pure unprofessionalism realy spoiled the nice evening we wanted to celebrate my son's birthly. It really is a pity when we are excited to spend our hard earned money at your restraurant only to be let down by such utter unprofessional people chasing your customers away. Last night, I called the Restraurant to speak to Manager Jacques, He informed me that Philip Williams will call me to follow up - needless to say - NO ONE has called us. Unbeleivable. We have supported your restaurant for YEARS, even during covid. Very dissapointing indeed!

I was in the establishment from 6pm till just before 10pm. I had to ask the bar to turn down the music at least 5 times. They turn it down just to turn it up again 5 minutes later. The music is non-South African and is foreign to me and annoying. In addition, my constant asking to turn to down the music ended up in a race conflict with some of the ladies in the bar that clearly had too much to drink already by that time. This venue clearly doesn't cater for white South Africans at all as I was even taken on by the manager called SAM - I will not be back again.

The manager (Sam) at Bossa resturant is very rude to customers. He runs the establishment as if it is his own household. His wife works there as well and she supports his bad management style. I will never set foot I'm that place again. I've heard my neighbors telling me that the place is no longer what it used to be.

Food was great , but the server was terrible. Waited an hour for our food and he never came to check or ask to refill. Did not even apologise for the food taking so long. Very irritated sitring here in the restaurant.
