I've been stuck between Vuma and Fly.Cool for almost 2 weeks now. I requested an upgrade on February 13th and paid the required amount, but they failed to process it. I was advised that they would refund me, which they did. While waiting for the refund, I paid another amount to activate my current package, but I'm still not connected. Every time I contact Fly.Cool, they tell me they've escalated the matter with Vuma, claiming they're responsible for the reconnection. However, when I call Vuma, I'm told something different. This has been going on for 2 weeks with no resolution. Both companies have poor customer service
This company has no customer service at all. I upgraded my package and paid the amount, however they just canceled my subscription. I've been trying to get assistance on their website and WhatsApp with no luck. I've been waiting for an agent for over 5 hours.
The manager (Sam) at Bossa resturant is very rude to customers. He runs the establishment as if it is his own household. His wife works there as well and she supports his bad management style. I will never set foot I'm that place again. I've heard my neighbors telling me that the place is no longer what it used to be.
I went to Incredible Connections Canal walk mall and the service was horrible. The sales consultant Bulelani refused to assist me. I had to beg him for assistance. Even after informing him that I wasn't happy with the service, he just couldn't care less. I feel like they buy face as they were very helpful to white customers. I was there to spend money just like any other customer and I believe that I deserved a good service just like anyone else.

I TOOK OUT A SIM CARD CONTRACT ONLINE AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE DELIVERY WILL TAKE PLACE WITHIN 2 5 WORKING DAYS. ITS BEEN OVER 5 DAYS NOW AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SIM. THE COURIER COMPANY THAT YOU WORK WITH IS TRASH,NOW IVE DECIDED TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH YOU AND I'M CONSIDERING PORTING MY MOBILE NUMBER TO ANOTHER NETWORK.
I recently bought a size 4+ pumpers and clicks Vangate mall, in a pack 62 8 nappies are damaged. that is a ripoff, nappies are expensive as it is and now i have lost almost 10 nappies because they have a factory fault. Why is that even happening????? Is it fair for me to pay so much money and get such in return???
I waited a week and i still did not receive an sms to collect my goodie bag. On top of that i never received a T-shirt when i collected my race pack, i was told that i will get it on the race day ( Sunday). I am very dissapointed about how thing turned out and i will never attend the race again. Race organizers ruined everything for us. It used to be a fun event, but things changed this year.
