Painful experience
What a painful experience, dealing with this supplier. I was reminded that they have more important work and bigger jobs to deal with, rather tend to our requirements. I never received feedback and driving out to their premises for an indication of their progress, after 2 calls for feedback were unanswered, I was shown away without answers and told to make an appointment, because they were in a meeting and could not be interrupted. They dont know the first thing of business acumen or customer service and I wont be contacting them for anything soon

Reputational Circus
I met with Konrad Geyser on a Tuesday morning regarding an urgent requirement I have for custom furniture. He promised me he would have a design ready by the Friday. Friday morning he says he doesn't have time to attend to it I can take my business elsewhere. I should have known when I went to the SI Digital office in Highveld Centurion and the Intercom didn't work with a sign saying the intercom has always been broken you must hoot for attention that it's a chancer operating the circus. And it is a circus, with the ringmaster being the chief clown. Enter his premises at own reputational risk.
