Claim

My father passed away while he was awaiting his Illheath benefit from Sibanye Stillwaters. We were then told to claim his beneft as his children. We have been made to run around just to find the medical certificate and all other required documents and after submiting everything when I made a follow up i was told that they did not receive the medical certificate, when I explained that we sent all the requed document the checked and confirmed that they found the certificate. It was in 2019 when we submitted the claim document but still havent received any feedback. When we call we are not given an concreate answer. Our dad died of TB he got from the chemicals for the mine and they cared less about that. This company uses pepole and and when they are sick the dump them to die.
