Lay buy

Side step vosloorus. I'm disappointed in the service I received at side step last week Thursday I went there to go take out my lay buy the two customer consultant couldn't find my lay buy, I was asked to come back on Friday, I was like okay fine I will come back, I didn't go back on Friday however one consultant promised to call me on Friday to check and confirm with me if my sneaker was there they didn't not, so on Saturday I went back there to pay and get my sneaker only to find out that my sneaker was sold. They gave me excuse to say the will go collect it from another branch I was confused as how can they sell a laybuyed sneaker/s vosloorus side step I'm disappointed I don't think I will ever buy or lay buy my sneakers there again Bad service I've received at the store 👎🏽
