Wrongfully charged

Bought a pair of puma sneaks at side step was R700 wasn't my child size so took it today back for exchange took ellese sneakers that came out R599.00 so the cashier took the wrong sneakers price and exchanged it was supposed to get R100 cash back but didn't receive it and don't have the slip
