Wrongfully charged
Bought a pair of puma sneaks at side step was R700 wasn't my child size so took it today back for exchange took ellese sneakers that came out R599.00 so the cashier took the wrong sneakers price and exchanged it was supposed to get R100 cash back but didn't receive it and don't have the slip

Missing items from parcel storage
I am highly disappointed in Bara mall shoprite parcel counter left my parcels today there and it was my last stop so didn't go to any other shop after that and got straight in the car but when I got home unpacking my plastics found few of my stuff missing put of my plastic went to the car to go check but wasn't in the car and funny enough I did put all my stuff in the baby bucket I bought so all my plastics was inside the bucket but my Bennetts baby set was not in and my dove cotton wool was also not in my bucket mxm Only thing I don't have is my clicks slip.with the Bennetts baby set which was R130.00 if I recall

Messing items from parcel counter

Sterns fake wedding rings
Bought a wedding ring at Sterns On the 6November 2021 the ring silver is coming off the ring is changing colour but asked by the shop and the cashier said it wont change colour because it's real sterling silver White gold 925 butitw changing want an exchange or my money back
